    Our business hours are as follows:
    - Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5 PM
    - Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

    Please note that we are open daily, 7 days a week, but we are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. For the most up-to-date hours, we recommend checking our Google Business listing.

  • Is there seatings in the store?

    Yes, our downtown State College store offers seating for up to 7 people. You can enjoy your visit by comfortably sitting and relaxing while you savor our delicious offerings. Our seating arrangements are designed to accommodate small groups for a cozy dining experience. So, feel free to come in, grab a seat, and enjoy your time at our store!

  • Is Chew Chew Bun hiring?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, digital payments, and mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Android Pay).

  • How long does it take to get the Refund?

    Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

  • Do you have sugar-free syrups?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer sugar-free syrups at the moment. However, you are welcome to ask our barista to adjust the sugar level in your drink to better suit your preference. Just let us know how you would like it, and we'll be happy to make it just the way you like.

  • Do you have gluten-free pastries?

    We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer gluten-free pastries on our menu. 

  • What types of non-dairy milk are available?

    At this time, we only offer oat milk from Oatly as our non-dairy milk option. 

  • What types of dairy milk options are available?

    Our current dairy milk options include whole milk. However, we do not carry 2%, skim, or 1% milk at this time. We are constantly evaluating our products based on customer feedback, so please feel free to let us know if there are specific milk options you would like us to consider adding to our offering in the future.

  • Do you have bagels?

    No, Chew Chew Bun is not currently available on any 3rd party food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Doordash, or Grubhub. However, we offer our own delivery services and pickup options for your convenience. You can order directly from our website at order.chewchewbun.com 

  • Can I advertise in the store?

    Yes, you can certainly bring your reusable cup! However, please note that our sizing for drinks will still follow our standard recipe. For instance, iced drinks will be served in a 16 oz cup regardless of the size of your reusable cup. Similarly, hot lattes will be 12 oz, cappuccinos and flat whites will be 8 oz, and cortados will be 4 oz. So feel free to bring your reusable cup, and we will ensure that your drink

    We also offer tax-exempt options if needed, and provide free delivery within a 3-mile radius from our downtown State College store. There is a 3% delivery fee for locations beyond the 3-mile radius.

  • Do you do custom cake designs?

    No, we don’t offer custom cake designs. However, The Cakeshop by Tati does a fantastic job with custom cakes! You can reach them at (814) 359-3072 for your custom cake needs.

    The lead time for whole cake orders varies based on the season and our staffing capacity. Currently, we require 2-5 days of advance notice.

    Your loyalty points earned will not expire for 1 year from the day they were earned. After 1 year, any remaining points will expire, so we recommend using them before the expiry date to make the most of your loyalty benefits.

    Certainly! If you wish to transfer your loyalty points to another account due to moving away or no longer being a Chew Chew Bun customer, we do allow for such transfers. However, please note that the transfer can only be processed under the condition that the loyalty account you are transferring from will be permanently deleted. This helps us maintain the integrity of our loyalty program and ensures a seamless transfer process for our customers.
