Introducing Self-Order Kiosk at Chew Chew Bun!
We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience at Chew Chew Bun, and we’re excited to introduce a self-order kiosk at our shop! This new addition is here to provide a faster, more convenient way to place your order—especially during busy hours.
How It Works
📍 Located in front of the register, the kiosk is available for customers to place orders on their own. While our baristas are always happy to take your order in person, the kiosk serves as a great backup when both baristas are making drinks or when only one barista is on shift.
What You Can Do at the Kiosk
✔ Order drinks, buns, and all menu items
✔ Pay with a credit/debit card or gift card (Note: Lion Cash is not accepted at the kiosk—please order at the register if using Lion Cash)
✔ Check, reload, or purchase a digital gift card
✔ Earn and redeem loyalty points just like you would at the register
✔ Split payments
✔ Enjoy ordering with good looking photos
What to Expect
- Ask for your order → If your order contains food and drink, and you’ve waited over 10 minutes, please kindly ask our staff if you’re missing an item.
- Same great service → Our baristas are always available to help, and if the register is free, they’ll gladly take your order to keep things moving smoothly.
- Kiosk items do not transfer over to register → If you are in the middle of ordering on kiosk and we take over to help you at our register side, please note that the items you’ve added to the cart does not transfer over, please let the staff know what you’ve added.
- Limited inventory buffer → We reserve a very small quantity of inventory at the kiosk to help prevent overselling when in-person, online, and QR code orders come in back-to-back. If an item shows as unavailable, feel free to check with a barista.
