1. How do I get my Black Card?
    After reserving your Black Card online, you must pick it up at our downtown State College or Bellefonte store within seven days. 
2. When can I pick up my Black Card?
   Once you have successfully reserved your black card, you may pickup at any location during our business hours. (It may take up to 4 hours for the reservation enter into our system)
3. What if I don’t pick up my Black Card within 7 days?
   I’m sorry to inform you that your black card reservation will be opened up and made available to people on the waitlist.
4. Can I reserve a Black Card for someone else?
   No, Black Cards are limited to one per person and linked to a single loyalty account. You cannot reserve or purchase a card for someone else.
   
5. What is the initial cost of the Black Card?
   The Black Card requires an initial load of $100. After that, you can reload the card with a minimum of $25.
6. Can I use my Black Card at any location?
   Yes! The Black Card can be used at any Chew Chew Bun location, now and in the future.
7. When can I start using my Black Card?
   Right after you pick up your black card in-store.
8. How do I use my Black Card at checkout?
   You must present the physical Black Card at checkout to redeem perks and discounts. Using the card number or PIN on your phone is not acceptable.
9. Do the perks or rewards expire?
   Perks such as bonus points and birthday rewards must be used within their specified time frames, but the Black Card balance does not expire.
10. What happens if I lose my Black Card?
    Unfortunately, Chew Chew Bun is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Black Cards. Once issued, Black Cards cannot be replaced or reproduced.
11. Can I transfer my Black Card to someone else?
    No, the Black Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who registered it to their loyalty account.
12. How do I check my Black Card balance?
    You can check your Black Card balance through your loyalty account online, by scanning the QR code on the back of the card, or by asking at the register in-store.
13. Are there any fees for using the Black Card?
    No, there are no fees for maintaining or using the Black Card. The balance does not expire.
14. Can I get a refund for my Black Card balance?
    No, Black Card balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. How does the weekly receipt drawing work?
    Each week, we will select a winner from the transactions made by the black cardholder. The payment must be made using a gift card from participating locations. The winner will receive 300 free loyalty points.
16. When can I pick up my birthday drink & a slice of cake?
    Only one redemption is allowed during your birthday month.
17. How does the weekly drawing work?
    We will select a winner from our loyal customers who own a BLACK CARD and have purchased using the card during the week (Sunday – Saturday). The winner will receive complimentary loyalty points, based on how often the Black Card Gift Card has been used as payment.
