We broke our highest drink sold record 3 times this year, in April, September, and October! Our drinks saw incredible growth, with a 139% increase compared to last year. Plus, we proudly trained 3 new baristas from the ground up.
Our busiest day was Friday, and our quietest was Monday, but no matter when you stopped by, your loyalty shined with a 78% customer return rate.
In your feedback, 98% of you expressed satisfaction with our overall service, 30% with customer service, 27% with wait times, and 31% with product quality, showing us that we’re on the right track.
